These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Same Day Loan: LendSDL mobile application ("App"), owned and operated by Same Day Loans Lend LLC ("Company", "we", "us").
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

The App is designed to connect U.S.-based users with potential third-party lenders. We are not a lender and do not issue loans. We do not evaluate creditworthiness, make lending decisions, or participate in any financial transactions.

We act only as an information intermediary. Any agreements you enter into with third-party lenders are solely between you and the lender.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must be:

  • At least 18 years old
  • A resident of the United States
  • Legally capable of entering into binding contracts

By using the App, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Not use the App for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
  • Not interfere with App functionality or security
  • Comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms

We reserve the right to restrict access to users who provide false information or misuse the platform.

4. No Financial Advice

The content in the App is provided for informational purposes only. We do not offer financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating any loan offer and are encouraged to consult a licensed financial advisor before proceeding.

5. Third-Party Lender Relationships

We do not control or guarantee any third-party lender’s availability, loan terms, or actions. Any transactions, agreements, or disputes with lenders are outside of our platform and not our responsibility.

You agree that Same Day Loans Lend LLC is not liable for:

  • Rejection of your loan request
  • Interest rates or repayment terms
  • Any damages resulting from your agreement with a third-party lender

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology used in the App are owned by or licensed to Same Day Loans Lend LLC. You may not duplicate, reproduce, or modify any part of the App without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Inaccuracies in third-party content or listings
  • Disruptions, bugs, or downtime
  • Your reliance on financial content or third-party offers

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and handle your personal data.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following such updates constitutes your acceptance.
